Mothers for Orphans

Mothers for Orphans (Madzimai Enherera) Inc (ABN:14 517 525 342) is incorporated under the Queensland (Australia) Associations Incorporation Act 1981 and is a registered charity under Queensland's Collections Act 1996 (registration number CH1584).

We are proud to be a partner in project J269 Mothers for Orphans Zimbabwe with Global Development Group (ABN 57 102 400 993), an Australian, AusAID approved NGO carrying out quality humanitarian projects with approved partners to relieve poverty and provide long term solutions. Global Development Group takes responsibility for the project according to AusAID rules, providing a governance role and assisting in the areas of planning, monitoring, evaluating and auditing to ensure that project J269 Mothers for Orphans Zimbabwe is carried out to Australian requirements. Tax deductible receipts for donations to this approved aid and development project J269 Mothers for Orphans Zimbabwe will be issued by Global Development Group.

As our administration is done by our members on a volunteer basis, our administration costs are very modest and are met by non-tax deductible fundraising activities such as raffles and dinners. You can be assured that 100% of your tax deductible gift will be expended on our project in Chivhu.

While many of our members and supporters are Christians of various denominations, Mothers for Orphans (Madzimai Enherera) Inc is not associated with any religion or denomination. Similarly, we are strictly non-political.
